From irregular, light, absent, or heavy cycles to PMS and PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), period and hormonal health can often be a report card that reflects the state of the rest of the body.

Pregnancy, birth preparation and the postpartum window are a season of huge change. Deeply supportive care can make a real difference. You'll be supported through every stage of becoming a mother or parent, from common pregnancy complaints like nausea, headaches, restless legs, insomnia and fatigue, to birth preparation acupuncture and postnatal recovery and hormonal fluctuations that influence milk supply, breastfeeding, moods, energy, hair and skin. For anything more complex, we work alongside your obstetric team.

The shift into perimenopause and menopause can bring symptoms that catch you off guard: hot flushes, disrupted sleep, mood changes, brain fog, water retention and joint pain.
Acupuncture and herbal medicine can offer steadiness through this natural transition of change, so you still feel like yourself as your body moves through the changes.

For teens in the early years of their cycle, irregular periods, painful periods or big hormonal shifts are common, and gentle, appropriate support here builds lifelong body literacy. Acupuncture and herbal medicine offer steady, age-appropriate care through this transition.

Your digestion, energy and nervous system are all in conversation with your hormonal health, so this is often where we start looking first. From IBS and bloating to burnout, stress and emotional overwhelm, we look at how your whole system, digestion, energy, sleep and mood, are working together.
